Joined the core tool TiCDC team for R&D. Later transitioned to community operations, participating in the renaissance of China's open source ecosystem. Began understanding the power of developer relations and open source communities.
Actionsky - AI Infra
Led the company's AI Infra vector database business. Before vector databases were recognized by the market, our team explored 'AI + data infrastructure', becoming one of the first teams in China to build AI-Native SaaS products in early 2023.
From Tech to Business
Led commercialization at a HK company, then headed the AI middle platform at SJTU Research Institute. Completed the capability leap from technologist to entrepreneur: Tech → Business → Organization & Product delivery.
